Getting Community Help & Support
The Rocky Linux Project has several places where users can find community support, depending on the nature of issue.

Rocky Linux (core distribution)¶
You can obtain core distribution community support at the following locations:

Rocky Linux infrastructure and services¶
The Rocky Linux Infrastructure team has responsibility over several areas, such as mirror manager and Mattermost. You can obtain support or get questions answered that pertain only to the infrastructure managed by the project at any of the following:
- Mattermost
- IRC (Libera) (
#rockylinux-infra) - Forums
However, Infrastructure and Services encourages the submission of issues and requests to their Infrastructure Meta tracker.
Rocky Linux Special Interest Groups (SIGs)¶
Each Special Interest Group has a channel on Mattermost. We encourage you to join Mattermost and search for the relevant channel. Some examples are:
Some groups have places on the forums as well, though they might have low traffic.
